What is your personal motto or slogan?
“The greatest pleasure is to be satisfied with oneself.” (Jean-Jacques Rousseau)
Which person (dead or alive) would you like to meet for coffee, tea or beer?
Tea with Maria Callas would be dramatic and elegant. She would talk about art, passion, and perfection.
Drinking champagne with Coco Chanel would be like a conversation about style, freedom, and femininity with class, style, and elegance.
What originally brought you to Vorarlberg—and what made you decide to work at V-Research?
Born and grew up in Vorarlberg, then spent many years abroad. Private reasons in my family finally and luckily brought be back here. I was offered a job in Liechtenstein, then love followed.

Pioneering spirit, entrepreneurship, the ability to get things done. A metropolitan region that is economically exciting. A combination of nature and culture: impressive mountain landscapes, the magnificent Lake Constance, the world’s largest floating stage at the Bregenz Festival, and the Kunsthaus Bregenz—both beacons in the region with international appeal.
Is there a dish or beverage from your home country that you particularly miss—or perhaps even cook or prepare here in Vorarlberg?
I love the Vorarlbergian cuisine and even more the mix – we cook many meals from around the world like India, Thailand, South America, China, France.
If you were to invite your team to a meal from your home country, what would you serve?
Simple-classic-Kathrin: Kässpätzle-Partie & Apfelküachle (cheese dumplings & apple fritters with cinnamon) – You can’t get more Vorarlberg than this.
What was your most amusing or unusual culinary experience in Austria?
